Friendly welcome from reception staff

The food was very average . The room was noisy due to work on the roof . It started at 8:00.the manager said he would send a fruit platter to the room and it never came. On my lastday they came to my room at 7am asking when I was leaving !

Restaurant and laundry services are really good.

Spacious room. Sea view. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Staff were very kind.

Only one lift. Breakfast buffet was minimal with average taste. Rooms feel slightly outdated and can be easily updated.

everything is lovely in this hotel location, reception, room, facility, sea view, i really had excellent time all restaurants and everything you need with walking distance, it's my second time in here, of course i will come again ....

The view was great. We stayed at the panoramic room. This was the ONLY good thing about the hotel.

Everything. We had such an unpleasant stay here. The room was not ready when we arrived, and we were made to wait almost an hour for the room. Did you know that if you pay more than 35k LKR per night, you STILL have to pay for water the next morning because it's checkout day? The staff were rude too. The turn down service was incomplete when we checked in. Honestly, take your money elsewhere. This isn't worth the time, energy or the money. Also what is that smell in the room? So weird.

Rooms look nothing like photos. It’s a very old building that’s next to railway tracks. Hallways seem like they belong in an old disused building.

Stuff friend spical delshi was amazing. Everything else was supper.

Both room needed be clean as well.

The location is fantastic and offers great views of the ocean and passing trains from the room. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was not well organized. The door lock was broken. Bathroom hanger was broken.The light were not good.

The view was amazing but the room was not well maintained.

The location is amongst the best. We had a family room overlooking the sea and although we stayed for only 1 night, it was a good experience. Staff are courteous, smiling and helpful. Would recommend a stay here.

An open balcony would be nice!

Location was great and the family room was huge. Shower was nice and big and hot.

We have stayed room number 706 so absolutely oceans view also in the restaurant service given by Ms dalsi absolutely awesome also soo many varieties in the breakfast so we are looking forward to you

Super loud music until midnight shakes the room each night even during week days.

It’s in a nice location and stuff were good especially Khan in the reception was excellent and very kind.
